Deadline Approaching
The Community Foundation’s Scholarship Program is made up of more than 25 different scholarship funds established by individuals, firms or organizations wanting to assist our young people in furthering their educations. Foundation scholarships span the City of Fredericksburg as well as surrounding counties. Each scholarship has different award criteria: some apply to a specific county, others are to support a particular field of study, etc. We encourage students to visit our website (www.cfrrr.org) or speak with their school guidance counselor about which scholarships apply to your circumstances. In order to apply for a scholarship you MUST be a graduating senior. Students can apply for competitive scholarships using our online scholarship application form. Applications will be accepted until March 4, 2011.
